Rain Matheke (they/she) is a disabled, trans feminine, interdisciplinary visual and experimental sound artist currently based out of Los Angeles. She received a Master’s Degree in Visual Art from California State University, Northridge, and has exhibited at OCCCA, LACDA, University at Buffalo, Ark, Embed Gallery, Coaxial Arts Foundation, Brand Library and Art Center, Moorpark College, and the Carnegie Art Museum Studio Gallery in Oxnard. She co-curated Intermission from Isolation (2020-2021), an online showcase for queer, marginalized, and under-represented voices in experimental music. Rain is best known for their noise projects farrah faucet, endometrium cuntplow, and disappearing, and has toured the West Coast and Southwestern United States. has toured the West Coast, and South Western United States.
